some users will kick-start with 100-120mgs per day and then lower to 40-60mgs per day for 4-6 weeks.

Toremifene citrate & Bodybuilding

When bodybuilders use anabolic steroids, their LH and FSH drop to near 0. As the pituitary gland will sleep, they will stop producing testosterone. This is called "suppress" or "off". Any synthetic metabolic steroid cycle will occur and is completely normal.

After its circulation is completed and the steroid ester begins to clear the system, post-circulation therapy (PCT) is performed to help the pituitary run again. SERM work by preventing estrogen from entering the pituitary gland, which temporarily leads to elevated levels of LH and testosterone. This helps to improve the effect after the cycle and helps to maintain the benefits.

Another benefit of this drug is its gyno combat capability. When scientists found fareston, they noticed that it resulted in 60% of breast cancer cell cultures showing apoptosis or "programmed death". Thus, theoretically, men with breast development will have the same type of outcome, not only will kill the existing gyno, but it prevents the cells from proceeding.

Fareston does not have much use in the bodybuilding world because it is so fresh, but there is another reason for little discussion. There is some evidence that it can hurt free testosterone levels.

Applications

Toremifene citrate is an oral selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) which helps oppose the actions of estrogen in the body. Licensed in the United States under the brand name Fareston, toremifene citrate is FDA-approved for use in advanced (metastatic)breast cancer.

It is also being evaluated for prevention of prostate cancer under the brand name Acapodene.

Used for Metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

PO 60 mg once daily with or without food. Treatment is generally continued until disease progression is observed.

Fareston Usage

Fareston comes as a tablet to be taken by mouth, usually once a day, with or without food. Try to take Fareston at the same time every day.

Take Fareston exactly as prescribed. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

If you forget a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at once.

Your doctor will likely order blood tests to monitor for harmful side effects.
